• Supervising the revision/development of inspection workpacks by external parties for piping, equipment, small bore tubing and flexible hose assemblies as per planning.
• Liaising with NL-CBI for approval of Verklaring van Herkeur (VVH) of the scope prior to execution, including identification of scope to be executed during TAR.
• Coordinating of the scope execution by inspector vendors as per instructions within Energy Pressure Systems Integrity Management System (PSIMS) procedures.
• Coordinating the inspection results assessment conducted by an external engineering company and escalating non-conformities.
• Support and external engineering company with the reporting and storage of the inspection data to ensure visibility for internal and external stakeholder in the integrity data management system XAMIN.

The project topsides integrity engineer will work closely together with the peer topsides integrity engineers within Integrity & Marine team, the Piping Technical Authorities (TA) 2 in Projects & Engineering team, and the Production & Fabric Maintenance team based in Den Helder.

• Degree in relevant Discipline, preferably Mechanical/Metallurgical Engineering.
• Experience in pressurized equipment integrity management or maintenance (Ideally 10 years+).
• Working knowledge with WBDA legislation and NL-CBI.
• Working knowledge of applicable codes and standards, with understanding of fit for service assessment (both level 1 and 2 stress calculations): API 579-2016 and ASME B31.3-2016.
• Good understanding of corrosion degradation modes of material, and failure / fatigue mechanism of topside pressure systems and able to translate inspection scopes to other stakeholders.
• Relevant experience with advanced Non-destructive Testing (NDT) techniques.
• Hands on and pragmatic experience in integrity management and project engineering. Preferably has worked within engineering companies or consultants in the asset integrity management field.
• Strong Safety Awareness background with ALARP principle embedded in day to day activities/work.
• Effective communicator and experienced in setting up reporting KPI’s.
