Junior Design Appraisal Engineer Rotterdam Zuid-Holland

In the graduate program you will be trained in performing technical assessments of technical installations (pressure systems, for example chemical, refinery, power) according to the European Pressure Equipment Directive and relevant technical design codes. You will become familiar in assessing P&ID’s, PFD’s, Hazop studies and reports, safeguarding principles.
Produce the deliverable within the agreed parameters in an appropriate format and take responsibility to review and monitor other employees' work as requested.
Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, accreditation schemes, legislation and industry standards.

• Bachelor's degree, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering is preferred.
• 3 years relevant working experience.
• A strong interest in design and construction of pressure equipment (installations).
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to function effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in English language (both written and verbal) is required, the Dutch language is preferred.
