Assignment Description

Experienced professional who provides maintenance support and advice to the organization by applying technical knowledge about theoretical concepts and principles. Assisting safely, timely and quality execution of all maintenance activities, maintenance works and including continuous improvement of maintenance program and systems in accordance with maintenance strategy. To ensure asset integrity is maintained, plant/equipment availability and business objectives are achieved.

Main duties & responsibilities:

Demonstrate HSE Leadership and contribute to NL Safety performance and Culture.
Responsible for the implementation of maintenance strategies, ensuring they are effective, fit for purpose and subject to continuous review and improvement.
Advises and responsible for the Maintenance Policy, Standard and Process.
Advises on preventive and predictive maintenance activities for optimization.
Advises on development and improvement of Late Life Asset Maintenance Optimization Strategies.
Participate in root cause failure analysis on critical process equipment.
Improve all reliability aspects of the facility equipment, utilities, and maintenance activities, and reduce the potential of critical equipment failure.
Identify the Key Performance Indicators and assist QA Manager of Maintenance Systems in implementation and periodic review.
Assist in Root cause analysis to determine equipment defects.
Serves as a technical resource to provide the training and guidance to allow the maintenance teams to successfully troubleshoot and repair unusual or difficult problems.
Improve equipment criticality assessment and preventative maintenance allocation in line with best practice.
Interrogate CMMS to review equipment performance to identify where Maintenance Strategy improvement opportunities exist.
Ensure that criticality and reliability studies (FMEA/RCM) are held, updated and taken into consideration.
Advices and coordinate execution of maintenance engineering to ensure proper integration of data, procedures in CMMS, with a focus on the spares parts identification and min/max stock definition.
Liaise closely with key vendors and contractors to ensure satisfactory level of service is continuously achieved.
Advises and assist QA maintenance planning and scheduling process 5yr, 2yr, 1yr and maintenance schedule as required.
Advises and ensuring appropriate prioritisation of maintenance work.
Pro-actively identify opportunities for reduction in maintenance backlog.
Advises and provide input to maintenance budgeting and processes.
Manage Material Masters and liaise with Warehousing regarding Safety Stock, Slow Movers and the disposal process.

Deliverables

Higher relevant bachelor/university degree
Minimum 10 years’ experience in maintenance activities within the oil & gas and/or petrochemical industry
Thorough knowledge of the range of offshore Process and Utility equipment on an oil and gas processing facility
In depth working knowledge of CMMS (Maximo preferred, but not essential)
Strong HSE behaviours
Self-motivated, pro-active
Strong team player with a confident leadership style
Demonstrates commitment and actively seeks improvement opportunities
Excellent communicator with all levels of the offshore and onshore teams; comfortable with written, spoken or electronic media

Voor loondienstverbanden bij Selectum vormt de ABU CAO en de toepassing van de inlenersbeloning (aan de hand van de arbeidsvoorwaarden van de klant) de basis Voor het pakket dat wij je kunnen bieden. Dit pakket is altijd marktconform.
Wanneer een specifieke opdracht kan worden uitgevoerd door een ZZP-er, spreken wij een tarief af voor het zelfstandig uitvoeren van deze opdracht bij onze opdrachtgever. Hiervoor moet zowel de klant, de opdracht als de ZZP-er aan verschillende voorwaarden voldoen.
In een aantal gevallen is onze klant op zoek naar een kandidaat voor de uitbreiding van haar eigen organisatie. In die gevallen wordt de arbeidsovereenkomst aangegaan met onze klant en zo ook de uiteindelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden (rechtstreeks) afgestemd.
