Wat ga je doen?

As a Facilities Engineer Services, you are responsible for coordinating and monitoring a broad range of facility services. You act as the key operational interface between internal stakeholders, customers, external service providers and other relevant parties. You ensure that services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with agreed KPIs, quality standards and compliance requirements.

Coordinating and monitoring a broad range of soft and hard services, including security, housekeeping, catering, mailroom, conference services, pest control, grounds maintenance and GxP cleaning.
Acting as the operational point of contact between the organization, customers, service providers and relevant authorities.
Monitoring KPIs, service levels, quality, EHS and compliance, and following up on incidents, deviations and CAPAs.
Managing supplier relationships and performance, including contractual obligations and improvement actions.
Supporting operational improvements, standardization and best practices, while acting as a Subject Matter Expert for one or more facility services.
Ensuring the SAP CMMS system is available to users and kept up to date.

Functie-eisen

Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Services or a comparable field.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in facilities management, preferably in a complex or regulated environment.
Experience with contract management, supplier management and/or outsourced services.
Demonstrated experience with quality, compliance, EHS and managing deviations/CAPAs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
Working hours: Full-time position; 32 hours per week is also possible.
Must be based within 1 hour drive of Leiden.

Terms of employment and remuneration are always based on fair negotiations with both the client and the candidate.

In most cases, you will be employed by Selectum for the duration of a project or prior to joining our client. For employment contracts with Selectum, the ABU Collective Labor Agreement (CAO) and the application of client-aligned pay (based on the client’s employment conditions) form the basis of the package we can offer. This package is always competitive and in line with the market.
When a specific assignment can be carried out by a freelancer (ZZP), we agree on a rate for independently performing the assignment for our client. In such cases, the client, the assignment, and the freelancer must meet certain conditions.
In some instances, our client is looking for a candidate to join and expand their own organization. In those cases, the employment contract is directly with the client, and the final terms and conditions are negotiated directly with them.
