Profit sharing scheme

Selectum has a profit sharing scheme for its employees. We are convinced that working closely together is the best way to achieve our ambitions. How? Our technical professionals pass on tips to us about projects and/or vacancies, as well as tips about technical developments in their field. Thanks to this close collaboration, we are able to respond even better to requests from our clients and continuously improve our services.

How does the profit sharing scheme work? Every year, we reserve a percentage of the profit and share this – based on the number of hours worked – among all our colleagues. As soon as our annual figures are known, every employee receives a personal letter with details of their bonus! We announce the percentage every year in January.
