The role
Our client is looking for an experienced Senior HVAC / Mechanical Engineer to support multidisciplinary engineering projects within the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.
You will work on both new installations and modifications to existing facilities, including HVAC systems, cleanrooms and mechanical utilities. You will take ownership of your engineering activities, working closely with the on-site engineering team, clients, contractors and other disciplines.

Working arrangements
For over 20 years, Selectum has been bringing together clients and professionals for both temporary and permanent employment contracts. Terms of employment and compensation are always based on fair and balanced negotiations with both the client and the candidate.
In most cases, you will be employed by Selectum for the duration of a project or prior to joining our client directly. For employment with Selectum, the ABU Collective Labour Agreement (CAO) and the application of the hirer’s remuneration (based on the client’s employment conditions) form the basis of the package we offer. This package is always market competitive.
When a specific assignment can be carried out by a self-employed professional (ZZP-er), we agree on a rate for the independent execution of the assignment at our client’s site. In such cases, the client, the assignment, and the self-employed professional must all meet certain conditions.
In some cases, our client is looking to expand their own organization. In those situations, the employment contract is concluded directly with the client, and the final employment conditions are agreed upon directly with them.
