Wat ga je doen?
For a data center new build project in the Amsterdam area, we are looking for a Contracts Manager. In this role, you will support the project team in contractual processes and contribute to the successful delivery of a complex construction project involving international stakeholders. This is an on-site position with a start date around mid-April. The minimum duration is 6 months, with an expected duration of 1 year+. The role is available on a freelance (ZZP) basis, via payroll, or on a temporary-to-permanent (detacherings / temp-to-perm) arrangement.
Functie-eisen
- 15+ years of experience in contract management / project support
- Experience in procurement, project management, supply chain, or quantity surveying
- Experience within large-scale construction or infrastructure projects
- Experience with sourcing, procurement, and project support
- Knowledge of international construction standards and practices
- Experience working with international stakeholders
- Claim management ervaring
- Datacenter ervaring als pré
- MSFT tools / ability to adapt
- Language: English required, Dutch is a plus

- When a specific assignment can be carried out by a freelancer (ZZP), we agree on a rate for independently performing the assignment for our client. In such cases, the client, the assignment, and the freelancer must meet certain conditions.
- In some instances, our client is looking for a candidate to join and expand their own organization. In those cases, the employment contract is directly with the client, and the final terms and conditions are negotiated directly with them.
