Wat ga je doen?
As a Project Controls Manager, you are the integral compass of project control and a key sparring partner for project managers and stakeholders. You manage the disciplines of planning, cost control, risk management and document control and create one clear and reliable picture of progress. With your analyses, insights and connecting style, you ensure that projects are realized within scope, time and budget.
Furthermore, you will:
- Set up the project control processes, tools and governance professionally. You will work closely with our principle specialists to ensure that planning, cost control and documentation are carried out according to fixed standards.
- Integrate your planning, costs, risks, changes and documentation into one coherent total overview. You provide predictability and insight at portfolio level.
- You will hierarchically manage planners, cost controllers and document controllers. You will develop the team and promote cooperation and professional maturity within the domain.
- Monitor your capacity, resources and tooling within the projects and ensure that processes are efficient, transparent and future-proof.
- You provide clear reports, forecasts, KPI analyses and decision-making information. You translate complex data into clear insights for project management and managers.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, external agreements and project methodologies, and advise proactively in the event of deviations or risks.
Functie-eisen
You are a natural connector with an overview, who gives teams direction and can translate complex information into clear insights. You feel comfortable in an environment with many stakeholders and decision-making.
You also have:
- A completed HBO or WO education in technology, business administration or project management.
- At least 10 years of experience with project control in complex, multidisciplinary projects in the industry.
- Knowledge of project control methodologies and standards (such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, AACE).
- Leadership experience or demonstrable coaching skills.
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English.

Voor loondienstverbanden bij Selectum vormt de ABU CAO en de toepassing van de inlenersbeloning (aan de hand van de arbeidsvoorwaarden van de klant) de basis Voor het pakket dat wij je kunnen bieden. Dit pakket is altijd marktconform.
- Wanneer een specifieke opdracht kan worden uitgevoerd door een ZZP-er, spreken wij een tarief af voor het zelfstandig uitvoeren van deze opdracht bij onze opdrachtgever. Hiervoor moet zowel de klant, de opdracht als de ZZP-er aan verschillende voorwaarden voldoen.
- In een aantal gevallen is onze klant op zoek naar een kandidaat voor de uitbreiding van haar eigen organisatie. In die gevallen wordt de arbeidsovereenkomst aangegaan met onze klant en zo ook de uiteindelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden (rechtstreeks) afgestemd.
