Selectum has been connecting clients and professionals for more than 20 years, offering both temporary and permanent employment opportunities. Depending on the client’s needs and the nature of the assignment, we also facilitate projects for independent contractors and consultants. Terms of employment and compensation are always based on fair and equal negotiations with both the client and the candidate.
In most cases, you will join Selectum as an employee for the duration of a project or prior to entering into direct employment with our client. For employment contracts with Selectum, the ABU Collective Labour Agreement and the application of the “inlenersbeloning” (based on the client’s employment conditions) form the foundation of the package we offer. This package is always competitive and market‑conform.
When a specific assignment is suitable for an independent contractor, we agree on a rate for the autonomous execution of that assignment at our client’s location. In such cases, the client, the assignment, and the contractor must all meet several conditions.
In some situations, our client is looking for a candidate to strengthen their own organization. In those cases, the employment contract will be concluded directly with the client, and the final terms and conditions will also be agreed upon directly with them.
