Purpose of the Role
The Maintenance Scheduler is responsible for developing and maintaining a safe, efficient, and cost-effective maintenance schedule. The role integrates preventive and corrective maintenance into an executable plan aligned with resource availability and operational priorities. It ensures maintenance activities are completed on time and supports continuous improvement of Work Management processes and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain integrated maintenance schedules (PM and CM).
Prioritise and schedule work based on urgency, resources, and operational constraints.
Monitor maintenance backlog and ensure timely execution of work orders.
Coordinate closely with Maintenance Team Leads, Planners, and Operations.
Facilitate daily and weekly scheduling and performance meetings.
Support effective use of SAP and Work Management processes.
Ensure compliance with HSE standards and promote an Incident Free Workplace culture.
Identify and communicate improvement opportunities to leadership.

Requirements
Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling within a Work Management system (SAP required).
Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
Experience with scheduling tools (SAP, GWOS; Primavera is an advantage).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
HNC/HND in an engineering discipline preferred.
Valid BOSIET and MIST certification required.

- Wanneer een specifieke opdracht kan worden uitgevoerd door een ZZP-er, spreken wij een tarief af voor het zelfstandig uitvoeren van deze opdracht bij onze opdrachtgever. Hiervoor moet zowel de klant, de opdracht als de ZZP-er aan verschillende voorwaarden voldoen.
- In een aantal gevallen is onze klant op zoek naar een kandidaat voor de uitbreiding van haar eigen organisatie. In die gevallen wordt de arbeidsovereenkomst aangegaan met onze klant en zo ook de uiteindelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden (rechtstreeks) afgestemd.
