Purpose of the Role
The Maintenance Lead ensures safe, compliant, and efficient execution of maintenance activities across offshore and NUI assets. The role coordinates planning, resources, and execution priorities across daily, weekly, and monthly horizons, ensuring effective work management in a high-risk offshore environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead safe and efficient maintenance execution on offshore and NUI installations (e.g. Chiswick, Grove).
Act as offshore job supervisor during major outages and campaigns.
Ensure work is properly prepared, prioritised, and executed in line with company policies and KPIs (backlog, compliance, deferrals).
Support risk assessments, deferrals, and mitigation planning where required.
Coordinate with planners and schedulers to agree and implement frozen schedules.
Ensure materials and vendor readiness for campaign execution.
Audit maintenance system compliance (legislation, Safety Critical Elements, WSoV).
Drive continuous improvement through failure analysis, maintenance optimisation, and task reviews.
Support engineering changes and competence assurance activities.
Promote HSE compliance and an Incident Free Workplace culture.

Requirements
Experience in maintenance of process plant and offshore installations.
Strong understanding of offshore maintenance legislation and safety systems.
Experience in maintenance execution, planning support, and supervision.
Ability to lead offshore teams and manage operational priorities.
Recognised apprenticeship or technical training in relevant discipline.
Valid Offshore Survival, Offshore Medical, MIST, and NUI OIM certification.

- Wanneer een specifieke opdracht kan worden uitgevoerd door een ZZP-er, spreken wij een tarief af voor het zelfstandig uitvoeren van deze opdracht bij onze opdrachtgever. Hiervoor moet zowel de klant, de opdracht als de ZZP-er aan verschillende voorwaarden voldoen.
- In een aantal gevallen is onze klant op zoek naar een kandidaat voor de uitbreiding van haar eigen organisatie. In die gevallen wordt de arbeidsovereenkomst aangegaan met onze klant en zo ook de uiteindelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden (rechtstreeks) afgestemd.
