This not only saves costs and time by reducing the number of interfaces, but has another advantage. Because our customers only deal with one party instead of a multitude of subcontractors, they save a lot of time and energy.
Wat ga je doen?
Fabric Maintenance Function:
- The safe delivery and proactive SAP Maintenance planning of all Fabric Maintenance aims and objectives in a timely manner in an onshore and offshore environment.
- Manage the FM service provider to ensure effective implementation of all FM work-scopes (all coatings, insulation, PFP, composite wraps, etc.).
- Scrutinise planned CTR’s and actual delivery to highlight and mitigate any potential cost and schedule overruns.
- Scrutinise FM service provider resourcing planning profile histograms onshore and offshore versus IAP work order issuance. Highlight forecast trend so resourcing is accurately planned and implemented.
- Work with the responsible Asset Integrity Engineers to develop an integrated insulation removal and inspection programme (in support of the RBI CUI/WSE/CUPS strategies) that is optimal for FM resourcing and cost saving.
Mechanical Anomaly Function:
- Collaborate with Minor Mods and TAR delivery teams to secure planned delivery of all FM anomalous scopes of work by the FM service provider. Contribute to planning/leading/organising/control of FM operations that assures safe delivery of planned work.
- Ensure the Anomaly Management process is followed and improved through internal audit and continuous improvement.
- Assist when required, HSE focal points on FM investigations (MyHSES, HSE etc.), incident free workplace (IFW) journey.

- Networks effectively internally to build rapport with support trade disciplines/engineers.
Describe the key technical skills required to perform the role and articulate the breadth and depth of the requirement as appropriate:
- Adapts well to working with others and bring together different disciplines to ensure they effectively contribute to deliver FM anomalous scopes of work.
- Conversant with relevant business software systems, Apollo, SAP etc.
- Liaises with Asset planner to ensure all FM work on the IAP is fully resourced, work orders fully populated and has budget approvals to execute in a timely manner.
Describe level of education required to carry out the role competently and effectively:
- Secondary schooling and OJT workplace learning.
Describe depth/breadth of experience required to carry out the role competently and effectively.
- Substantial experience of process control of work hand-over meetings and work order preparation for SAP inclusion.
- Inter-discipline collaboration of Asset Integrity and Fabric Maintenance find and fix teams
Provide details of any regulatory requirements the role-holder must satisfy: Work towards Project Management Institute certification.

Dit pakket is altijd marktconform.
- Wanneer een specifieke opdracht kan worden uitgevoerd door een ZZP-er, spreken wij een tarief af voor het zelfstandig uitvoeren van deze opdracht bij onze opdrachtgever. Hiervoor moet zowel de klant, de opdracht als de ZZP-er aan verschillende voorwaarden voldoen.
- In een aantal gevallen is onze klant op zoek naar een kandidaat voor de uitbreiding van haar eigen organisatie. In die gevallen wordt de arbeidsovereenkomst aangegaan met onze klant en zo ook de uiteindelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden (rechtstreeks) afgestemd.
