Wat ga je doen?
As an Enterprise (Business) Project Manager you drive the end-to-end procure-to-pay (P2P) business improvement project to deliver measurable efficiency gains within and across business functions (such as Finance, Procurement, etc.) based on further harmonisation process. You are given responsibility to create and execute actionable plans to advance the P2P process to enable the next level of organisational performance, this responsibility covers the full project lifecycle, from aligning the starting points and requirements gathering to deployment, implementation, transition and handover.
This role includes elements of both Project and Program Management, with significant Change Management components embedded within it.
Your role:
- You translate business and cross-functional objectives into clear project scope proposals;
- You establish and advance project governance, reporting, and KPI frameworks;
- You manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closing by adhering to project management methodologies and frameworks, with a strong focus on results, predictability, and balanced objectives;
- You drive effective risk and quality management for reliable project delivery;
- You lead ethically, model company values, and support team development and learning through feedback and continuous improvement;
- You define and execute a tailored change‑management and communication strategy while coordinating all change activities with stakeholders;
- You engage stakeholders at all levels, to secure buy-in, foster partnership, and ensure clear updates for alignment and successful transition from project to operations.
Functie-eisen
- You have a MSc degree in Business, Finance, Procurement or a similar discipline;
- You hold an internationally recognised Project Management certification (PMP, PgMP, MSP);
- You have 5+ previous experience in a project management role with full responsibility and the track record of successful delivery of a business project in a corporate environment;
- You possess expert‑level project management knowledge with a pragmatic, results‑driven approach to execution and problem‑solving;
- You can facilitate effective decision‑making at all organisational levels and communicate exceptionally well across verbal, written, and presentation formats;
- You bring advanced understanding of Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance operations, supported by continuous‑improvement experience and high ethical standards (with international PM certification as a plus).

Voor loondienstverbanden bij Selectum vormt de ABU CAO en de toepassing van de inlenersbeloning (aan de hand van de arbeidsvoorwaarden van de klant) de basis Voor het pakket dat wij je kunnen bieden. Dit pakket is altijd marktconform.
- Wanneer een specifieke opdracht kan worden uitgevoerd door een ZZP-er, spreken wij een tarief af voor het zelfstandig uitvoeren van deze opdracht bij onze opdrachtgever. Hiervoor moet zowel de klant, de opdracht als de ZZP-er aan verschillende voorwaarden voldoen.
- In een aantal gevallen is onze klant op zoek naar een kandidaat voor de uitbreiding van haar eigen organisatie. In die gevallen wordt de arbeidsovereenkomst aangegaan met onze klant en zo ook de uiteindelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden (rechtstreeks) afgestemd.
