Senior Maintenance Specialist Hoofddorp Noord-Holland

Purpose Statement

• Collaborate with the Asset team to ensure safe and efficient first-time execution of major planned and corrective work scopes through effective onshore preparation.
• Drive improved focus on work management, preparation, scheduling, and execution within the Asset team.
• Oversee the creation of packaged work scopes, aiming to reduce backlog and maximize equipment outages.
• Serve as a focal point to enhance efficiency, enabling increased delivery of overall scopes. KPIs include: Safety, Cost, Schedule and plan compliance, Elimination of re-work, Reduction in backlog and deferrals.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance Management

• Ensure best-in-class vendor management practices within the Asset team.
• Manage discipline-specific 3M lookahead sessions to improve gate readiness and work preparation.
• Oversee the monthly compliance tracker, ensuring alignment between onshore and offshore teams for compliance KPIs.
• Act as the Job Responsible Engineer (JRE) for specific recurring vendor scopes of work.

SAP

• Act as the SAP focal point within the Asset team.
• Collaborate with the technical function on ongoing and future CMMS improvement projects.

Scheduling

• Manage the Asset scheduler to consistently meet schedule attainment KPIs.
• Ensure adherence to the scheduling process defined by our client.

NUI Maintenance Support

• Ensure timely issuance of NUI schedules.
• Lead NUI IOIM and maintenance teams in visit wash-ups to address work requiring deferral, closeout, or rescheduling.
• Provide direction to the NUI Maintenance Lead Engineer on asset priorities and focus areas.
• Communicate the annual NUI workload to management.

Reporting

• Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly maintenance reports, including: Backlog reports, Deferral reports
• Chair maintenance-related meetings with JREs to develop and implement action plans for backlog and deferral reduction.

IVB Support

• Collaborate with the Asset Verification Engineer and JREs to ensure timely resolution of findings.

Asset Vulnerabilities

• Manage the Asset Vulnerability Tracker, ensuring data accuracy for bi-weekly review meetings.

• Degree-level education or equivalent relevant experience and technical qualifications.
• Significant experience in offshore operations and maintenance environments.
• Previous experience in, or capability to undertake, the role of a shift supervisor.
• Proficiency in SAP; experience with P Vision is an advantage.
• Maintain Asset-Specific ERT certification.
• Achieve and maintain IOIM status/certification.
