As a Planner Scheduler you will be responsible for Planning Scheduling of Projects Activities for Concept, Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, Qualification and Validation Phases. As a Scheduler you will report to the Lead Planner Scheduler. Excecuting assignments as per the Plans and Allocations determined by the Lead Planner Scheduler or PCM. Furthermore:
- Work closely with the Lead Planner Scheduler or PCM to ensure Quality Standards are maintained.
- Execute work in accordance with our clients SOP’s, work Instructions and Guidelines
- Execute work using DPS-Standards, Templates &Tools
- Formally Review Schedules Prepared by other Planner Schedulers
- Ensure that all Work Prepared is Formally Reviewed Approved by another Senior Planner Scheduler the PM prior to issue
- Support team members Foster interdisciplinary teamwork on projects
- Adhere and encourage compliance with the DPS behavioral expectations and values Work with the team to manage the workload to ensure that all members of the team are treated with respect and supported in their work
- Attend project and department meetings as required
- Provide feedback to Lead on resourcing, deliverables and Project constraints that may impact Execution of Work
- Support the Lead in the identification of any Risks to achieving the successful completion of our clients Project assignment
- Ensure that Sites are not attended without prior Inductions, Safety Training Certification
- Adhere to local Safety procedures while on Construction Sites Highlight Any Safety concerns to the Construction Management team
- Compliance with all relevant HR procedures and standards
- Actively participate in Project Lessons learnt
- Assist in the development and improvement of group discipline procedures, templates, standards and knowledge management
- Assist in the development and implementation of tools to enhance efficiency
- Support relevant Operational Initiatives as required
