The Operations/Service Manager is responsible for the on/offshore personnel, so that the work on location is or can be carried out effectively.
- Scheduling and planning personnel for on-site assignments in collaboration with the General Manager and Head of Administration.
- Organizing and planning work activities in the workshop.
- Providing advice and discussing existing and new projects.
- Managing purchases of spare parts and workshop consumables.
- Maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Coordinating and monitoring the progress of orders, both in the workshop and on location.
- Ensuring compliance with the outlined KAM (Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental) system.
- Collaborating closely with the Business Development Manager and Director.
