Our client is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join the Operations Department. The position is preferably based at their office in The Hague. The expected start date is 1 July 2025, with an initial contract duration of one year and a possible extension.

You will primarily work onshore, preparing work and providing support for the following Mechanical Equipment:

HVAC systems
Well Head Control Panels
Process Pumps (Centrifugal, Reciprocating, Screw, Diaphragm)
Gas Engines and Diesel Engines (Generator packs)
Fire water systems, including Diesel Engine and Pump
Heat Exchangers
Reciprocating Compressor
Instrument Air compressors

Functie-eisen

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

Proven (hands-on) experience with at least 80% of the listed equipment
Eligible and willing to go offshore for work preparation of complex projects or retrofits
Currently residing in the Netherlands
Holder of a Dutch working VISA
Fluent in English
Experience working with SAP
Background in Offshore, Refining & Chemicals, or Maritime industry is a strong advantage
