For our office in The Hague, we are looking for an all-round HR colleague, who wants to work in an enthusiastic HR team that is currently preparing for the future. You will work closely in a team of around 10 colleagues, located in The Hague, but partially working from home.

You will be involved in:

  • Updating our personnel system and ensure that data contained within the system is accurate
  • Providing administrative support for all aspects of HR
  • Preparing Payroll mutations
  • Providing guidance to employees on HR related topics
  • Supporting the HR team on additional projects

Functie-eisen

  • Bachelor diploma, preferably Human Resources Management
  • Proven work experience for 3-5 years as an HR Administrator or similar HR function
  • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal. Dutch is also a strong preference
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Customer service focused
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Computer literate
  • Desire to learn
