Assists with all different kind of HR related administrative tasks in AFAS.

Together with one other colleague manages the ARBO portfolio. Coordinates with social and medical activities together with specialists (Company doctors, UWV, coaches, legal advisors, Hr manager etc). Approves offers for Arbo Trajectories, Coordinates medical examinations. Coordinate’s activities (training) Next of Kin team. Coordinate’s reintegration of employees. Assists in matters related to the working remotely (Het Nieuwe Werken).

Supports together with one other colleague expats who arrive in the Netherlands.

International environment. Work together with Expat Coordinator and HR Administrator.
Performs activities in accordance with; Dutch law, company rules & regulations and other requirements.

  • AFAS knowledge
  • Knowledge of Dutch Law such as Wet Verbetering Poortwachter
  • Knowledge of standard labor conditions within Netherlands
  • Skills: excellent communication skills, proactive, ‘hands-on’ mentality.
  • Fluent Dutch and English
