For this position, it is necessary that you travel to Sweden. Your work wil take place on-site in both Sweden en The Netherlands. The exact ratio between the two locations is not yet known
Project Scheduling Activities:
- Set up Project Schedules in Primavera P6 and in MS Project
- Liaise with project team members for populating schedules from level 0 to level 4
- Periodically liaise with the project Leads to update schedules for progress reporting
- Initiating schedule review sessions with Discipline Leads, Project Managers and Clients
- Attend and lead interactive scheduling sessions to set-up schedules for future phases/projects
- Assist in the preparation of tender schedules
- Give input for Dutch Project Schedule procedures and improvements
- Advising on Project Scheduling topics for all employees
Project Control Activities:
- Perform periodic Project Measurement (PMR) Reporting
- Perform periodic Project Cost Reporting
- Perform Change Control
- Perform general Controlling work as checking and updating of:
- Perform Cost Control and – Reporting in Deltek/Asite and in possibly other systems
- For Project Controlling, liaise with project managers, discipline leads, and others involved
- Attend project related meetings and follow-up on actions
- Prepare and assist with the preparation of periodic Cost Reports
- Financial Assist with – and control invoicing to Clients and invoicing from (Sub)Consultants
- Assist with procurement activities, tenders, buying, expediting, inspections and delivery
- Give input for Dutch Project Control procedures
- Advising on Project Control topics for the office for all employees

– Registration and documentation
– Work in progress, evaluation/registration of earned value and other documentation
– Received equipment: evaluate appropriate documentation/registration
