Completion Engineer Velsen-Noord Noord-Holland

Completion field engineer duties:

• Maintain Safety Ethos at all times
• Establish and maintain project completion procedure, ensuring early identification of early systematisation
• Coordinate with engineering Construction, commissioning and start-up teams to ensure timeous completion of specific discipline activities
• Audit EPC and Contractors Handover Dossiers
• Liaising with the Quality Management team regarding the tracking completion of Punch List data from walk-downs through staged completion.
• Leading completions walkdowns from construction to commissioning.
• Understanding of limit Subsystems and Systems
• Monitor and control the status of punch list and exception lists relevant to quality dossiers and walkdowns
• Coordinates with the planning and scheduling department to ensure milestone dates are understood for each turnover and handover area/system
• Attend daily construction meetings when construction is at 40%
• Coordinate any inconsistencies with MCTP’s with the field QC site inspectors
• Ability to understand and read following engineering deliverables
• P&ID’s
• Block diagrams
• Single line Diagrams
• Cable terminations
• Cable lists
• Instrumentation lists
• Mechanical Equipment Lists
• Piping Lists
• ITRA and ITRB Checksheets
• Data sheets

Experience needed

• Completions / Turnover
• Field Construction Supervisor
• QC process
• Pre commissioning

• HBO electrical engineering / mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in brownfield projects within heavy industry and/or BRZO companies.
• Familiar and used to 80/20 field desk.
• High degree of safety awareness and VCA full diploma.
