The project involves the development of large-scale onshore and offshore CO\u2082 transportation infrastructure, including pipelines, offshore facilities and associated installations. This complex, high-value infrastructure development requires extensive procurement and contract management expertise within a regulated European tendering environment.<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n<h2 class=\"cx_h2 cx2_function\">Wat ga je doen?<\/h2>\n<div class=\"cx2_function\"><p>As Senior Contract &amp; Procurement Manager, you will lead and manage complex procurement and contracting activities for major engineering, equipment and services packages.<\/p> <p>Key responsibilities include:<\/p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute procurement and contracting strategies for major EPC project packages.<\/li> <li>Lead European public procurement and tendering procedures in compliance with applicable EU regulations.<\/li> <li>Manage the complete tendering process, including tender documentation, bidder qualification, evaluation, negotiations and contract award.<\/li> <li>Oversee high-value equipment, engineering services and construction-related contracts.<\/li> <li>Manage commercial risks, contractual obligations, supplier performance and contract variations.<\/li> <li>Work closely with engineering, project management, legal, finance and supply chain stakeholders.<\/li> <li>Ensure transparency, compliance and commercial competitiveness throughout the procurement lifecycle.<\/li> <\/ul><\/div>\n\r\n<h2 class=\"cx_h2 cx2_requirements\">Functie-eisen<\/h2>\n<div class=\"cx2_requirements\"><ul> <li>Bachelor&#8217;s or Master&#8217;s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Law or a related discipline.<\/li> <li>Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, preferably 20+ years, in procurement and contract management within major capital projects.<\/li> <li>Proven experience with European public procurement regulations, including EU Directives 2014\/24\/EU and\/or 2014\/25\/EU and Dutch procurement legislation.<\/li> <li>Demonstrated experience working for public authorities, semi-governmental organisations or regulated utilities.<\/li> <li>Extensive experience in large-scale EPC\/EPCM projects within Energy, Oil &amp; Gas, Infrastructure or related technical industries.<\/li> <li>Proven track record managing procurement portfolios or major contract packages valued at &euro;100&ndash;200 million or more.<\/li> <li>Strong experience in technical services procurement, equipment supply contracts and complex commercial negotiations.<\/li> <li>Experience within organisations such as Gasunie, TenneT or similar infrastructure operators is a strong advantage.<\/li> <li>Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills; Dutch language proficiency is an advantage.<\/li> <li>Available for an interim assignment.<\/li> <li>Eligible and willing to work in the Netherlands.<\/li> <\/ul><\/div>\n\r\n<h2 class=\"cx_h2 cx2_offer\">Aanbod<\/h2>\n<div class=\"cx2_offer\"><p>Selectum brengt al meer dan 20 jaar opdrachtgevers en professionals bij elkaar in zowel tijdelijke als vaste arbeidsovereenkomsten. Voor loondienstverbanden bij Selectum vormt de ABU CAO en de toepassing van de inlenersbeloning (aan de hand van de arbeidsvoorwaarden van de klant) de basis Voor het pakket dat wij je kunnen bieden. Dit pakket is altijd marktconform.&nbsp;<\/li> <li>Wanneer een specifieke opdracht kan worden uitgevoerd door een ZZP-er, spreken wij een tarief af voor het zelfstandig uitvoeren van deze opdracht bij onze opdrachtgever.
