With a full-service approach&mdash;from design and procurement to construction, safety, and project management&mdash;it supports projects in sectors including pharmaceutical and biotechnology environments, medical technology, high-tech, food &amp; beverage, and energy.<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n<h2 class=\"cx_h2 cx2_function\">Wat ga je doen?<\/h2>\n<div class=\"cx2_function\"><p><br>As a Quality Engineer, you are responsible for managing quality-related investigations and improvement processes within a regulated operational environment. You act as a key link between Operations, Engineering, MSAT and Quality Assurance, ensuring that deviations are thoroughly investigated, documented and resolved in accordance with applicable quality standards and procedures.<\/p> <ul> <li>Managing and investigating non-conformances, deviations, CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions) and Change Controls.<\/li> <li>Coordinating root cause analyses in collaboration with Operations and other relevant departments, including conducting operator interviews.<\/li> <li>Supporting troubleshooting activities, process changes and continuous improvement initiatives.<\/li> <li>Ensuring that investigations, quality records and supporting documentation are accurate, complete and compliant within the Quality Management System (QMS).<\/li> <li>Acting as a central point of contact between stakeholders throughout investigations and change management processes.<\/li> <li>Monitoring follow-up actions and supporting the timely and effective closure of quality-related issues.<\/li> <\/ul> <p>Onboarding: Target period November&ndash;December. +&nbsp;Werklocatie: Hybrid, with three days on-site per week. +&nbsp;Taal: English.<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n<h2 class=\"cx_h2 cx2_requirements\">Functie-eisen<\/h2>\n<div class=\"cx2_requirements\"><ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a scientific, engineering or other relevant technical field.<\/li> <li>Experience in Quality Engineering or a comparable role within a regulated environment, preferably pharmaceutical or biotechnology.<\/li> <li>Demonstrable experience with deviation management, root cause analysis, CAPAs, non-conformances and Change Controls.<\/li> <li>Experience with a QMS, preferably COMET; experience with TrackWise, Veeva or similar systems is also relevant.<\/li> <li>Strong technical documentation, communication and stakeholder management skills, with a good command of English and willingness to work three days per week on-site.<\/li> <\/ul><\/div>\n\r\n<h2 class=\"cx_h2 cx2_offer\">Aanbod<\/h2>\n<div class=\"cx2_offer\"><p>Selectum has been connecting clients and professionals for over 20 years, in both temporary and permanent employment arrangements. Terms of employment and remuneration are always based on fair negotiations with both the client and the candidate.<\/p> <ul> <li>In most cases, you will be employed by Selectum for the duration of a project or prior to joining our client. For employment contracts with Selectum, the ABU Collective Labor Agreement (CAO) and the application of client-aligned pay (based on the client&rsquo;s employment conditions) form the basis of the package we can offer. This package is always competitive and in line with the market.<\/li> <li>When a specific assignment can be carried out by a freelancer (ZZP), we agree on a rate for independently performing the assignment for our client. In such cases, the client, the assignment, and the freelancer must meet certain conditions.<\/li> <li>In some instances, our client is looking for a candidate to join and expand their own organization.
