You play a key role in trouble shooting, optimizing processess, installation integrity, and process safety.<\/p> <p>&nbsp;<\/p> <p>Responsibilities:<\/p> <ul> <li>Monitor operational performance of the terminal (troughput, energy usage, product quality, efficiency)<\/li> <li>Drive continuous improvement by indentifying bottlenecks, optimization , and by supporting debottlenecking projects<\/li> <li>Provide hands-on support to operations staff in resolving operational disturbances<\/li> <li>Execute short-term safety and operational actions originating from HAZOP&#8217;s, audits and incidents<\/li> <li>Assist in commissioning new equipment or control modifications<\/li> <li>Maintain productive communication with maintenance, engineering, HSSEQ, and other service departments to optimize terminal performance<\/li> <\/ul><\/div>\n\r\n<h2 class=\"cx_h2 cx2_requirements\">Functie-eisen<\/h2>\n<div class=\"cx2_requirements\"><ul> <li>Master&rsquo;s degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering<\/li> <li>Experience in Terminal Storage, (Petro) Chemical Operations<\/li> <li>Experience with project management and process improvement<\/li> <li>Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities<\/li> <li>Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership<\/li> <li>Fluent in English and Dutch<\/li> <li>You have a structured, proactive, and practical way of working<\/li> <li>Strong communication skills<\/li> <li>You apply risk based decisionmaking<\/li> <\/ul><\/div>\n\r\n<h2 class=\"cx_h2 cx2_offer\">Aanbod<\/h2>\n<div class=\"cx2_offer\"><p>Selectum brengt al meer dan 20 jaar opdrachtgevers en professionals bij elkaar in zowel tijdelijke als vaste arbeidsovereenkomsten. Arbeidsvoorwaarden en beloning worden altijd gebaseerd op gelijkwaardige onderhandelingen met zowel klant als kandidaat.<\/p> <ul> <li>In het merendeel van de gevallen treed je bij Selectum in loondienst voor de duur van een project of voorafgaande aan indiensttreding bij onze klant. Voor loondienstverbanden bij Selectum vormt de ABU CAO en de toepassing van de inlenersbeloning (aan de hand van de arbeidsvoorwaarden van de klant) de basis Voor het pakket dat wij je kunnen bieden. Dit pakket is altijd marktconform.&nbsp;<\/li> <li>Wanneer een specifieke opdracht kan worden uitgevoerd door een ZZP-er, spreken wij een tarief af voor het zelfstandig uitvoeren van deze opdracht bij onze opdrachtgever. Hiervoor moet zowel de klant, de opdracht als de ZZP-er aan verschillende voorwaarden voldoen.&nbsp;<\/li> <li>In een aantal gevallen is onze klant op zoek naar een kandidaat voor de uitbreiding van haar eigen organisatie.
