In order to realize this growth ambition, an environment is created where top talents and entrepreneurship are stimulated.<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n<h2 class=\"cx_h2 cx2_function\">Wat ga je doen?<\/h2>\n<div class=\"cx2_function\"><p>De rol van een Senior Operator E&amp;I Offshore vereist een combinatie van operationele en technische vaardigheden. Dit kan onder andere de volgende verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:<br>Het bijhouden van operationele PM-onderhoud en rapportages.<br>Het begeleiden van medewerkers aan boord en het beheersen van de logistiek.<br>Het uitvoeren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden op elektrische installaties en instrumentatie.<br>Het monitoren van productieprocessen en het controleren van gasproductiegetallen.<br>Het organiseren van trainingen en het in de gaten houden van procescondities.<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"cx_h2 cx2_offer\">Aanbod<\/h2>\n<div class=\"cx2_offer\"><p>Selectum brengt al meer dan 20 jaar opdrachtgevers en professionals bij elkaar in zowel tijdelijke als vaste arbeidsovereenkomsten. Afhankelijk van de vraag van de klant en de aard van de werkzaamheden, faciliteren wij ook opdrachten voor zelfstandig ondernemers en adviseurs. Arbeidsvoorwaarden en beloning worden altijd gebaseerd op gelijkwaardige onderhandelingen met zowel klant als kandidaat.<\/p> <ul> <li>In het merendeel van de gevallen treed je bij Selectum in loondienst voor de duur van een project of voorafgaande aan indiensttreding bij onze klant. Voor loondienstverbanden bij Selectum vormt de ABU CAO en de toepassing van de inlenersbeloning (aan de hand van de arbeidsvoorwaarden van de klant) de basis Voor het pakket dat wij je kunnen bieden. Dit pakket is altijd marktconform.&nbsp;<\/li> <li>Wanneer een specifieke opdracht kan worden uitgevoerd door een ZZP-er, spreken wij een tarief af voor het zelfstandig uitvoeren van deze opdracht bij onze opdrachtgever. Hiervoor moet zowel de klant, de opdracht als de ZZP-er aan verschillende voorwaarden voldoen.&nbsp;<\/li> <li>In een aantal gevallen is onze klant op zoek naar een kandidaat voor de uitbreiding van haar eigen organisatie.
