Wat ga je doen?<\/h2>\n

We are currently looking for an experienced Expeditor <\/strong>to support the FPSO redeployment project of our client.<\/p>

As the Materials Expeditor, you play a key role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of materials, services and related documentation across all phases of procurement. You will coordinate closely with suppliers, monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders. Your proactive approach helps safeguard project timelines and quality standards, while your attention to detail ensures compliance with corporate procedures and continuous improvement of our procurement processes. 

Furthermore, you:
– Expedite material as required per the Purchase Order (PO) in order to meet contractual agreed delivery dates.
– Ensure timely receipt and follow-up of supplier documentation and correspondence as agreed per the Project Document Requirement List (PDRL) and Instructions to Suppliers. 
– Verify actuals against planning. 
– Notify changes and problems in PO execution and liaise with stakeholders on solutions.
– Develop, maintain and distribute the Expediting Status Report (ESR) to report performance of vendors.
– Instruct and follow-up transports with suppliers and forwarders based on Inspection Release Notes or Shipping Release Notes. 
– Administrate vendor correspondence.
– Reports regularly to the Procurement department.<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n

Functie-eisen<\/h2>\n

– Technical College. 
– English good, verbally as well as in writing. 
– 5+ years of relevant expediting experience in offshore EPC projects
– Experience in FPSO conversion projects preferred 
– You are already eligible to live and work in The Netherlands (EU passport)<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n
