Wat ga je doen?<\/h2>\n

Sales and General Commercial Negotiations role in Upstream Energy Sector<\/p>

Main Responsibilities
• Manage Commercial Operations Advisor and Gas Pricing and Invoicing specialist team
• Implement the gas and oil Marketing and Sales plan by managing the relevant negotiations with the 3rd parties and partners for lifting plan, over\/under-lifting, pricing, security of payment
• Follow up the full cycle of sales contracts, monitoring production operations
• Provides timely input to the gas and oil sales strategy and plan for new initiatives in line with clients objectives and guidelines (Sales MSG)
• Negotiate, draft and manage gas and oil sales\/handling\/processing, transportation agreements into existing (operated or not operated) facilities.
• Negotiate and draft Sales And Purchase Agreements relevant to gas\/oil\/liquids production
• Provide active support in negotiations and drafting of the general Commercial Agreement and Partnership Agreements
• Manage and negotiate the ad-hoc commercial settlement relevant to the Sales and Purchase Agreements (oil ,condensate, gas sales agreements): oil ,gas quality adjustment procedures, off spec gas.
• Negotiate and manage crude lifting and sales contracts
• Supervise as well as manage oil, condensate and NGL liftings for NL. This includes:
o Management and endorsement of BOLs and all other paperwork require for each lifting.
o Calculation and management of Deferments.
o Re-schedule and notification to all involved parties.
• Oversee the data that is provided to Pipeline Operators (NGT\/ NOGAT), Third Party Operators, buyers
• Oversee all annual SABs settlements. Maintain daily communication with CCR, HCA and
production accounting regarding all NL production.
• Ensure that reserved capacities process is completed in time
• Ensures all gas commercialization activities are in compliance with applicable regulations and internal procedures and\/or Company MSGs;<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n

Functie-eisen<\/h2>\n

Education: Higher Education (Bachelors or higher)
– Language: English and Dutch (plus)
– 10+ years experience in economic,legal and commercial aspects
– Knowledge, Technical or Professional Skills:
* Gas and Oil Commercialization
* Conversant with various types of agreements<\/p>

In most cases, you will be employed by Selectum for the duration of a project or as an initial step prior to joining one of our clients directly. For employment contracts with Selectum, the ABU Collective Labour Agreement (CAO) and the hirer’s remuneration scheme (based on the client’s employment terms and conditions) form the foundation of our employment package. This package is always competitive and aligned with current market standards.<\/p>

When a specific assignment can be carried out by a self-employed professional (ZZP), we agree on a fee for the independent execution of the assignment on behalf of our client. In these cases, the client, the assignment, and the self-employed professional must all meet a number of applicable legal and contractual requirements.<\/p>

In some cases, our client is looking to expand its own organization with a permanent employee.
