You&rsquo;ll ensure compliance, drive continuous improvement, and foster a proactive safety culture throughout the organization.<\/p> <p>Key Responsibilities;<\/p> <ul> <li>Develop, implement, and maintain robust EHS procedures and operational standards;<\/li> <li>Ensure our Environmental Health &amp; Safety Management system aligns with ISO standards and integrates seamlessly with our Business Management System (BMS);<\/li> <li>Stay ahead of evolving laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure full compliance;<\/li> <li>Conduct audits and verify adherence to EHS policies, standards, and guidelines;<\/li> <li>Compile and analyze EHS data to identify trends and risks, and support strategic decision-making;<\/li> <li>Support the creation and rollout of EHS improvement initiatives and safety awareness campaigns;<\/li> <li>Design and deliver impactful EHS training programs across all levels of the organization;<\/li> <li>Lead investigations into accidents and high-severity incidents, providing actionable recommendations;<\/li> <li>Oversee EHS aspects of tender processes;<\/li> <li>Ensure safety standards are upheld in all offices, including fire safety and first aid readiness;<\/li> <li>Manage Risk Identification and Evaluation (RIE) and other EHS systems for both office and site environments;<\/li> <li>Supervise EHS reporting systems and manage safety-related events;<\/li> <li>Monitor and manage supplier compliance with EHS standards;<\/li> <li>Conduct internal and external audits, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications.<\/li> <\/ul><\/div>\n\r\n<h2 class=\"cx_h2 cx2_requirements\">Functie-eisen<\/h2>\n<div class=\"cx2_requirements\"><ul> <li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Occupational Environmental Health and Safety or equivalent;<\/li> <li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Lead EHS facing role;<\/li> <li>Offshore experience is a plus;<\/li> <li>Understanding of EHS regulations and standards;<\/li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;<\/li> <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team;<\/li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li> <\/ul><\/div>\n\r\n<h2 class=\"cx_h2 cx2_offer\">Aanbod<\/h2>\n<div class=\"cx2_offer\"><p>Selectum brengt al meer dan 20 jaar opdrachtgevers en professionals bij elkaar in zowel tijdelijke als vaste arbeidsovereenkomsten. Voor loondienstverbanden bij Selectum vormt de ABU CAO en de toepassing van de inlenersbeloning (aan de hand van de arbeidsvoorwaarden van de klant) de basis Voor het pakket dat wij je kunnen bieden. Dit pakket is altijd marktconform.&nbsp;<\/li> <li>Wanneer een specifieke opdracht kan worden uitgevoerd door een ZZP-er, spreken wij een tarief af voor het zelfstandig uitvoeren van deze opdracht bij onze opdrachtgever.
