Wat ga je doen?

Location: Sassenheim, Netherlands
Duration: 12 months

We are looking for a Medior Lean Business Excellence Specialist to drive continuous improvement and optimize operational performance within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment at an international life sciences organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Lean, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes and site performance.
Conduct gap assessments, root-cause analyses, and process mapping.
Coach and train teams in Lean methodologies and continuous improvement.
Support change controls, deviations, and CAPA processes.
Develop and monitor KPIs and ensure sustainable implementation of improvements.

Functie-eisen

HBO or Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or demonstrable experience leading complex Lean initiatives.
Experience in process optimization and change management within a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of quality processes, deviations, and CAPA.
Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Practical information: Candidates must be willing to work primarily on-site in Sassenheim.

In most cases, you will be employed by Selectum for the duration of a project or prior to joining our client. For employment contracts with Selectum, the ABU Collective Labor Agreement (CAO) and the application of client-aligned pay (based on the client’s employment conditions) form the basis of the package we can offer. This package is always competitive and in line with the market.
When a specific assignment can be carried out by a freelancer (ZZP), we agree on a rate for independently performing the assignment for our client. In such cases, the client, the assignment, and the freelancer must meet certain conditions.
In some instances, our client is looking for a candidate to join and expand their own organization. In those cases, the employment contract is directly with the client, and the final terms and conditions are negotiated directly with them.
